Fat is unhealthy when it turns to excess and that is when you need to shed those extra fat that you do not need. Cardio is important too but maybe not as important as strength training. Include strength training in your weekly routine and you will see better results very soon. It is a very effective way of losing fat and remaining healthy. You may like to categorize your training program according to each day in the week. Sundays can be a day of rest. For the remaining days, you may like to divide them on the basis of your body parts. Maybe you want to do training for your upper body on the first day of the week and then gradually move down.
